Returns:
You are only allowed to request a refund or ask for a return within 7 days from the time you received your order. To be considered for a return, the product should not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way and should be in its original packaging.
Exclusions:
For the record, some products are deemed non-returnable and non-refundable except if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. This includes:
Products that are perishable such as food products and flowers.
Customized or personalized products
Intimate and sanitary products
Software and other digital products that are sold and delivered electronically and can be downloaded
Return Process:

Refund:
After the returned items have been received by us, you will be informed whether your request has been approved or rejected after the items have been thoroughly inspected. If the request is approved, within 5 working days the amount will be reversed through the original mode of payment. Please be informed that the shipment charges are non-refundable and the customer will have to pay for the return shipping charges unless the product was returned because of a fault at our end.
Exchange:
If you wish to change the color, size, or style of the item that you have bought, you should contact our customer care team to arrange the exchange of goods. Here, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for the products.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In a highly undesirable situation, if you receive defective or damaged goods from us, please immediately contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product along with its original packaging. Cancellation:
